For Pay Later, it depends on usage. Flipkart, Paytm, and Amazon pay later are easy to get.
for cards having savings ac HDFC Bank may lend you one card.
ICICI Amazon cards and SBI cards are purely based on luck.

Thanks for the clarification! This is what I have currently with no income proof:

• Unsecured Regalia CC with 3L limit each based on Imperia relationship with HDFC.
• OneCard with 20K limit. I liked the straightforward process - online application and CC delivered in 3 days. But the credit limit is very low.
• Simpl with 3K limit

I closed PayTM Postpaid because of convenience fee.

with Regalia CC you can always apply for Different Card on card to card basis! You will get good cards.
