I have obtained an unsecured ICICI HPCL Super Saver Credit Card with 50k limit as it was being promoted in our college. But upon inspecting, I don’t find the offers to be too attractive and there are annual charges also.
Is there any way to waive the annual charges or just upgrade the card to an LTF card like MMT and others ?
PS: I don’t have an ICICI savings account and the card is less than 1 month old.

Nope. No way to upgrade to LTF, however if you keep your card for six months you can easily apply for Amazon Pay ICICI CC and get it as LTF. Existing icici cc holders get amz pay icici very easily without much hassle of documentation.
ICICI Platinum CC is also offered LTF to most users. In case yours is not, you can simply request for it.
